小酒井翔太君（大学院生）がICSCRM2023において Best Student Paper Awardを受賞

イタリアで開催されたICSCRM2023（9月17-22日）において、小酒井翔太君(電子工学専攻 修士1回生)が "Depth profiles of deep levels in the whole band gap generated by reactive ion etching near the surface of 4H-SiC" という発表論文に対して、The John Palmour Best Student Paper Award を受賞しました。（2023年9月22日受賞）
